Use the Services lawfully and for their intended purpose: filling your own Word document templates. Do not attempt to reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the Services, and do not use them to process content you do not have the right to process.
The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SMPL HQ is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services, including loss of data or documents. You are responsible for backing up your own Word documents.
We may update these terms as the Services evolve. The “last updated” date above reflects the most recent change. Your continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised terms.
